Toscana Bianco I.G.T.

This wine is produced with wholesome grapes of Trebbiano Toscano, Malvasia di Candia, Grechetto, which have been previously well-selected through our long-standing experience in wine-making. The must thus obtained is then fermented in medium-sized casks, through the fermentation “in bianco” or “in vergine”.
The Cavalpoggio Toscana Bianco we produce is straw-coloured with some emerald specks; it is extremely limpid, vivid, with a pleasant and ethereal aroma. Its qualities are at their prime in its first two years of life and we recommend you to serve it at a temperature of fifteen degrees.
