The wine Cavalpoggio Toscana Rosso is produced in San Luciano after close attention to the environmental ambient and with the respect due to its time-worn traditions; the selection of the grapes of Sangiovese e Ciliegiolo is then fermented in medium-sized casks at controlled temperature. This wine is the result of the fusion between the tradition and the new technologies. Its qualities are at their prime in its first year of life and we recommend you to serve it at a temperature of eighteen – twenty degrees.
