This wine is made from selected Sangiovese and Montepulciano grapes, from the Cresta del Gallo vineyards, located in Monte S. Savino –Arezzo hills. The careful and meticulous wine-making procedure in steel, with fermentation under controlled temperature, a well-cared seasoning in French oak casks and then in bottles for 2 or 3 months, in a thermo-conditioned space, distinguish this particular wine, before it is put on the market. Best served with high-quality meat, game, braised red meat.
